[REQUEST] 10X HAB PROD STORAGE

Hi everone :)

Incl the modded hab and storage for the player which i dont want the npc to be able to use nothing fancy just functional all dlc newest version

there are some 10x mods but it aint updated and or i tried the solutions to get missing modules to be included and failed at it :cry: = tried gutting the mods and cat

level of modder i can change the output for all not just for the player:( or in laymans term one finger searching for the key on the keyboard 2 mins later still searching :D

i have read some of the tutorials on this forum but all i get is i understand less after reading it than before reading it :gruebel:

so what i am saying is i have no idea how to do this while i am open to learning how to through given examples ...more like cut and paste :oops: :lol:

So help pls

and just to be sure i meant the cat file extension :mrgreen:

Hi everyone sry for not checking back just thought i would pop in to the forum to look for something which i dont remember what right now but what ever :gruebel: :mrgreen: :D wow

ok lets see the ones from Jmattspartacus (which i got through halpog ty btw)

i combined one with the storage and hab to get a somewhat intended working result for the 10x production but not hab or storage
those i changed the already existing large hab and the storage meaning that that Ai will also use them which can and is introducing negative values or if it is the mods ...i could remove them and try it again got an idea :D


WITHOUT TERRAN!! BUT!!! found a terran mod wareconverter it has 5x and 10x https://www.nexusmods.com/x4foundations/mods/643 (created by deathdealer based on Jmattspartacus 10x)

on nexusmods which has the icons (and i think that it is only the player that uses) not verified but seeing as it uses the same mod

ok as for what i am doing when not cut paste the files restarting the game to try the changes out

the "easy" part for me that is, is to search through the files in notepad and change the values 1 at a time but which turns into negative values on ai

i dont know how it will work on other peoples systems but i could try to make a few variants 10x 100x but if i would so far the storage and hab would also be used be the Ai seeing as i have no idea about how the bp and of course to add the icon for it to be set apart from the rest and only adding it to the player :idea:

if it works on my rig only gotten to below 15,000 out of somewhere around 200k forgot the connectors :gruebel: , placed pieces in construction plan so far:/ before i got to thinking of the mod

i have mods for 10x produktion moduls, habbitats, l and m ships,
i got them from nexus, but the 10x produktion modul mods is yet verry unbalanced because u need more than just billions for supporting a station like this...
the author of this mod, just boosted all numbers x10, meaning, produktion time, cost, produktion zycles,support cost, buy costs and so on.
dunno how to upload all this here. but i can make a zip of all this mods if u want and upload them somewhere else tomorrow

I haven't checked if it actually works and does what it claims as I'm still finishing the tutorial/plot for phq. Mod seems to load fine in the latest versions and was updated recently. Now that I remember I need to look for an existing mod to skip the PHQ and plot quest.

Oh. Nice. I'll have to see about the headstart mods. The beauty of the game is it doesn't matter what race or start you pick as you never see your character anyways. You can edit the name to whatever anyways.

its not destroying economy ....unless u use 100 x10 modules

the main part of the x10 prod module from jmatterspartacus was to avoid building massive complexes with more than 300 modules at all, because it will spare u a lot of laggs and headdache.
iam using the mod, updatet it for my version, and guess what ? no massive FPS dropps or any shit in a sector, while i keep the stations like my old stations...
the x10 modules use 10x ressources, cost 10x more, and so on and on. so on the fact where u build befoer 20 claytronis modules. u just need 2 now with this mod.

if your economy is ****** up, its because u are doing something wrong

Hi. Yeah i know its better for fps, but if NPC start to build a lot of station with 10x, it's not good for economy. That's why it's better to make new blueprint to avoid it.

npcs cannot use the x10 modules... u have to buy the bluepronts to use them , so NPC is out of it

I tried the mod, while it's working and great, there is one problem.
It changed the food requirement for Paranid and Teladi into Food Rations and kinda killed all the population since the galaxy cant keep up with the demand and only argon station made the food ration.
Anyone having the same issue?

I take some lessons in modding to try to update it. I will check if i can reduce food requirement. Or maybe, x10 food production.
