Getting all SETA parts fast in Xenon sectors

I found a way to make an insane amount of money and find all SETA parts very fast by farming the drones that indefinitely (?) spawn from Xenon defense stations. They dont shoot at you but just wait for their destruction. Maybe they are repair drones. At least it would explain why the hull of the station stays at 99%. I tried to detroy it for parts but instead i found out that the drones also drop valuable parts and since they seem to spawn indefinitely you can get rich easily. You may only have to avoid some turrets and the xenon ships that spawn when you start the game. After a while there are no Xenon ships anymore and you can plunder their sectors as much as you like. I hope this is a bug and not a design choice. Anyway all you need is your starter ship because the drones do not harm you and all items go directly to your character inventory.

It is just too bad that SETA and Travel Mode are not compatible.

SETA is locked at 6x and I have yet to find a ship that has a Travel Mode speed of less 6 times its speed in any other mode. SETA is nearly useless.

Travel mode is for people who don't need seta like me. But thanks.

When you use seta all your other ships still fast travel in seta. Direct them places, use seta, teleport. Faster fast travel

They are not intended to be compatible; each is supposed to be used under different circumstances.

I have little use for Travel mode if all I want to do is sit in space, accelerate the passage of time and see commands to my ships or stations complete faster. Seta accelerates time for the entire game universe, not just the player, and there are a few circumstances where that is not what I want, particularly if I am just travelling to A, B, or C. If you really want to get somewhere in a hurry, max out a scout ship, mod it for max travel speed, have it fly as your wingman or docked with your ship, and jump into it any time that need arises.

all parts can drp by Xenon (but not from drones - M ships works best i.m.o.) OR from containers....

Just save bevor fight a M ship / bevor open a container... reload when the drop wasn't nice

Start bombarding the Xenon station's turrets.

Xenon haulers will scramble in the dozens to replace the lost material.

May take a while for them to finally arrive at the station. You can go back to friendly space and rearm if you want.

Kill them, they drop everything quite well.

Best get plasma weapons for turret/hauler quick kills.

Beware of defense drones. They don't do much but can swarm you. Plasma is not good against them.

Alternatively you can kill a bunch of drones with bolt weapons they need to be replaced as well.

Buy a bunch of laser towers and drop them before you fight. They will eliminate any small ships
