how to get to Company Regard

Via a gate I mean. Or is it through an anomaly that one reaches this sector?

Main Highway ring to Trinity Sanctum III, from there southeast to Hewa's Twin I through there to Twin II and there in Twin II is a is gate to Company Regard.
