I see on the trader start (unlockable start) it says you start with this software.

However the software is not in inventory, is this software not currently in game yet?

Also if it is can you buy it from a station somewhere for other starts?

I think its for ship software, I would check at the ship upgrades when docked.. I am assuming all this. I have not checked if I even unlocked new starts lool

I would hink its a teladi specialty that you unlock by increasing rep with them, hen you can buy.

Haven't seen it. Haven't seen an effect that I can attribute to it. Really hope it's not a one time ship-dependent thing, because I used my kestrel for the PHQ right after capping a pirate discoverer...
