Using Mines to board with!!! Epic experiment. Bug? exploit? legit?

Today was a good day for experimenting with the SCA and the outcome was quite epic.. Bug? Exploit? or legit? you tell me. I also take over a sector, and have a few questions for you all, as to WTH shall we do next? what is our next small goal to reach our large goal for universal domination.
Do you want a ship named after you? what ship? any wings ? trader? etc... What role would the ship have?

yup exploit..

i tried something else, used the mines to blow up the behemoth escorts in argon prime, and used mines again to boad the carrier, i ended up loosing 1 point of reputation.it seems boarding as very little consequence, and only blwoing up turrets /shileds can lower your reputation with the race.

Yeah I dont believe we should suffer rep loss per surface target or drone. I believe we should get rep loss for turning that ally ship to an enemy and a difference in capture or destruction but by how much rep loss I couldnt say as I cant sort of calculate the loss in terms of game balance.

sure thats a bug/exploit for sure. Though you can sort of understand that they should not really know whos mine that was in the first place.
so im still 50/50 about the mines
