Some of them are.
-ARG Trade Station Universal Storage (Fits 1 million m³ of any cargo type)
-Teladi Trade Station Habitat
-Scanner Arrays
-Trade Station Pier Modules
-8M Landing Pad
I guess/hope those will be obtainable later in the game, right now the only way...is modding.

That being said, the scanning array doesn't have a function in this game. It might have had in Rebirth (but probably didn't).
