guild mission progress?

I'm involved in all the guild missions (I think). I was wondering if you have experienced some progress in doing these.
In my game the missions are always medium difficulty with some payment and reputation gain, just like normal missions.

Did any of you see something special happening while doing the guild missions (apart from recieving the occasional paint job and/or equipment)?

gave up had so many ships just parked up with no orders..it was obvious to me that Devs needed more time to flesh out and finish off the mission chains..they did just enough to ship the product...with later patches I expect we will see major improvements.
