Wanna easily cripple the Xenon?

Find their solar power plants, blow em up. they're lightly defended, only medium turrets. They expend so many resources cranking out ships, they'll run out of energy cells and not be able to rebuild it lol... I've got satellites monitoring their shipyards, they've ceased production.
