Yes: you can fly to it, you can fly around it, but is has no functionnality. Yet.

When I first started playing SV and saw this, I thought "A lever to move the world" refers to the Hub and that the plot has something to do with it. I'm really curious if it's just an easter egg or it's going to be part of something in the future
