I am using the Beta 4, can somebody tell me how to find Terraforming ?
Is it granted by a plot ?

You need to have unlocked the PHQ, then you have to research the entire teleportation chain to unlock warping. After that you gain the option to research terraforming
We don’t know what paradise is like, but probably it’s blue magenta, flecked with pink. But even if it’s green and red-checked we should make the most of it. -Boron saying

Terraforming was first added with 4.00 beta 5. However, we're already on 4.00 beta 6 now. Therefore please make sure to always play the latest beta version. See the release notes thread in the public beta forum for reference.
