Do not have access to Terran

This is a weird situation. I completed the "Wartime Economics Mission" and saved the Solborn Militia Station from destruction. I am supposed to report to Sol after I have scouted the Xenon Infrastructure and destroyed the Xenon Infrastructure units. The problem is that once I enter Sol, I get reported by the Protectorate Security Patrol which means I do not have access to Earth, Moon, Mars, Mercury, and Venus and I cannot enter the stations there to continue to the next part of the mission. Is this a bug and is there a way around this since now I am not wanted in Terran space even though I successfully completed a Terran mission.

I am able to figure this out. By building a ship at the Terran space station, I am able to teleport to it to continue the mission. However, I am still wanted by the Protectorate Security Patrol.

Access is linked to REP. You need 10 for the first level of access (Mars) and 20 for the full access (Earth, Moon)
