CUstom Budgeted start and steam achievements

EDIT: I played for about an hour and after that time I got the follow up call from terran secret service and the mission officilly ended. Got Steam achievement as well

My current playthrough is a custom budgeted start and I just finished terran plot and chose to destroy the data which Dal acknowledged, but then the mission disappeared... I didn't catch the mission complete sound nor the achievement pop up that steam gives when major plots are finished .. or at least that's what i think because it has happened with Yaki and Boron plots. I checked my story options in custom budgeted start and I can confirm I can set the terran conflict plot to any of the three including status quo, but steam says I haven't done such thing and didn't give me "Cold Feet" achievement
