[3.30 B1] Mouse invisible while on map view

Mouse cursor invisible while on map view
Only happens when tabbing out on loading screen.

Steps to reproduce:
- Start X4
- Load game
- Press ALT+TAB
- Open taskmanager
- Again ALT+TAB back to game
- Mouse cursor is not visible in map view (Key M)
