A totally different problem that started during v3.20 and continues in Beta 3.30

Sometime in the run of V3.20, in the English version, the words of Reen Omara when the player first accepts the Hatikvah mission are not heard after the first sentence until the last one. The subtitles appear alright but there is no voice..

All starts both moded and unmoded

I tried to find these files but can not. Can you give me "possible" location or are they generated by something?

Nevertheless, as I said in the OP, it happened during the 3.20 (not Beta) run and my computer has not updated drivers since (even before).

That tends to support the idea that it's a system or driver issue, since other people haven't reported it in either version.
