Once aboard the Falx to drop off the Queen's water sample, he appears to have been hitting the maja dust a bit too hard.

though I ignored it as a minor glitch, this also happened to Dal Busta at the start of my Hatkivah questline.

Cosmetic issue only, but I never saw this happen in the 6.0 release.
