Really nice - especially the sector maps that open when you click the sector, and that offer mouse-over data for the objects in system.

This is a really nice map!

:)

That said, I was already pretty satisfied with existing TC maps...but if you made a similar quality AP map I think you would really be filling a huge need for the community. Certainly for me, as I have yet to find even a decent one, much less anything approaching this good.

I always liked the one by Prof. Liebstrumpf: http://x3ap.e0b.eu/en/ (Topic link with offline version)

Not at all meaning to appear demanding, but I second this notion - should you ever do that, I'd be most happy to know about it. :)

Thanks for that link, I'll check it out right away - I, too, have experienced a gap in this regard (searches keep turning up endless modded maps, but vanilla has been hard to find.)

EDIT: Meh - the site cannot be reached Oops I guess I'll try some other time of day or week...
Just because I'm adding AP maps... It should be working now :)

Sorry, I was referring to the other one, not yours - I see that you have added a work-in-progress AP one - excellent, thank you! :)

Yes, AP map is available now!
But I don't play AP much, so if there is anything wrong, please tell me.

Nice one, thanks again! :) There are a few sector names missing (among new sectors, and some whose names have changed) - when I get a chance, I'll PM you those errata, if that's OK with you.

Here are two ideas for a map tool that I have not seen anywhere:

1. When a sector is selected, all sectors on the galaxy map show the jump distance from the selected sector.

2. User can set the Xenon Hub connections.

Combined, these help "planned Hub placement".

These ideas are cool, I will think it over

You could move the Terran sectors a little higher, it's a little messy there.

Also, Light of Hope (as in: Breaking Grounds plot player sector) is missing.

This is what the map actually looks like if you make it flat. See the numbers beside the sector name -- those are the coordinates of the sectors when plotted in a plane.

To the author: Can you make the connection line between two distant sectors (like Sacred Relic - Interworlds connection) more aesthetically pleasing? I would suggest looking at this for reference

I see you already fixed up the changed sector names - you're too quick for me! :D
Nice work there, thanks!

Yes but unlike computer, humans cannot handle the truth very well. :xenon:
