I started playing X-BTF, and after buying a bunch of components for my ship in

. Except I cant find him in the sector anywhere. I spent two hours flying around in SETA, and I can't see the symbol that should identify that ship anywhere, I don't see it on Tactical Navigation screen either. How do I find him to

AFAIR captain was on TL Albatros in Seizewell sector.

The Captain of Teladi Phoenix. M2 Destroyer. Not that it makes huge difference.

Observing objects of that size with Mk1 Eyeball ought to be feasible, even if they wander around.

Yea, I ended up starting a new game - saw the symbol of the ship, looked in the old game - definitely wasn't in sector. So I just kept the new game going and payed off the captain ASAP - in case he decided to get destroyed or bug out again
