[X³: Reunion] Windows 7 x64 - GeForce 8400M G (Fujitsu)
I can't run my X3 Reunion. My graphics chip is not selectable in the graphics settings, it only shows "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter". It has the latest patch 2.5 installed. If I want to start, it only shows the error message "Error opening video. Check your display settings! Further information can be found in the manual or readme.txt!". My Windows 7 has the Version "6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601" and is 64 Bit.

Try rightlicking on the X3.exe and select "Run with graphics processor" -> <your GeForce graphics card>.

I have only the GeForce 8400M G (Fujitsu).
I think the "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" is my "GeForce 8400M G (Fujitsu)" and at viewtopic.php?f=65&t=94506 is that the graphics chip is supported, right? maybe Fujitsu branding is a problem? or is DirectX not loading properly?
But I can't choose a resolution in the graphics settings...
