Sounds like an installation problem.

Hello all i have a simple issue...its no more dangerous than X3 vanilla. I do not have hoards of xenons trying to rampage the universe, Kha'ak are barely existant in the universe. There's the occasional xenon P+fighters patrol but nothing like i've read others encountering. Is this because my combat rank is only at Assassin? I have ran into Pirates with Carracks, Galeon, m6, plus fighter squads trying to destroy sectors though. So is it sort of hit and miss which faction/race is rampaging or should be encountering M1/2 attacks by the Kha'ak and xenon aswell?

Just looking for a little more lively universe. Thanks.

Sohnen warning message about stealing technology (disable?)

As the title would suggest im looking for a way to disable the warning message when using the Sohnen ships
I realise and understand why it mightve been put into place but as its me playing my game for my own enjoyment id like to know if there is a way to disable it?
A script maybe or possibly an even simpler way?

Would appreciate some help if any one knows anything

Sorry if this thread is in the wrong place
Sorry if this post offends anyone and how they play the game

Thanks for reading

The other option is that i make a ship and add it myself for the purpose required.

The problem here is,i have Cycrows ship creater and package installer and i used to be able to do this freely but for some reason since i reinstalled this game on a newer pc about 8 months ago i cant for the life of me get a ship i made to appear in game.
Ive spent the last two days messing about with it and even tried to look into how to do it manually,i cant even get the ships to appear using the in game editor let alone in a shipyard.

Again any ideas would be appreciated, going to check here regular but i realise this forum is all but dead :/

Edit: Ive managed to get a couple of ships in game, they flash in and out quite fast at the start so i had to save at the shipyard then reload the just now saved autosave, once loaded goto trade very fast, hit page down even faster and it gives me about 2 second`s to highlight and buy the ship i added,i then have to take it to a independant shipyard (its a script not sure which one) they reverse engineer it and i can then purchase it from their as and when.
Long winded and long way round but it works

help lol

There are working download links in the German XTM topic:
Downloads:

...

[ external image ] - 0.75 Mod Files, Hosted by TXU.

[ external image ] - 0.75 Script Files, Patch Version.
To install the XTM, download the .exe files to your X3 Reunion game folder and double click on them.

it lives lol

I have 0.7.5 installed and working fine.
I see updates to 2.0 etc.
I can only find 1.4/1.5 - the 2.0 update.
Where can i get a 0.7.5 - 1.4/1.5 update
So that i can update to 2.0?

Thank you for your time.

The newest XTM version is 0.75. There are no version numbers (1.4 / 1.5 or 2.0) as you describe them for this mod.

That are patches for X-Tension, the expansion for the first X-game X-Beyond the Frontier. The X-Tended Mod, in whose topic you are posting right now, is a community mod for X3: Reunion, the third X-game. XTM and X-Tension have nothing to do with each other.

Oh, i see my mistake.
X tension was a previous x game and not xtm.
Sorry.
Wanted to make sure i had the latest version before i got all into the game.
I hope there are more bbs missions.
Im sick of flying through countless sectors with hardly any bbs missions.

Thanks for replying.

hey, looking for a current xtm version, got the XTM_0.7.5_Full.exe from moddb, but cant find the XTM_0.7.5_Patch.exe anywhere on the net. Or if anyone would have a full version of the 0.73 xtm, i would take that too. None of the links seem to work sadly...

would be super cool if anyone still reads here ;)

Not sure, whether I understand you right. From my understanding the "XTM_0.7.5_Full.exe" installs XTM in its most up-to-date version (0.75), while the "XTM_0.7.5_Patch.exe" patches any (or some) later version to 0.75. If you install the newest version directly, you don't need to patch anything.

the patch.exe holds all scripts and stuff to keep XTM running, quests, pirateships routes, and so on. the name is a bit of misleading^^ i installed the xtm full, without the patch version. result: no factorys at pirate shipyards, no big pirate ships, no xtm quests....

so if u just have xtm full you only hold the content so to speak and not the links to get most of it into the game ;)

Ah okay, I didn't know that. Thanks for the explanation.

I found the file and reuploaded it on mediafire.com: Link. Let me know, if it's the correct one.
