Amazing what you find on these forums..

I don't see a thread about this, so..

Apparently there's a new game coming out: viewtopic.php?t=400484

I am looking forward to this but (probably) won't pre-order or even get it at release given that:

1) My PC only meets minimum spec (never good for an X game).
2) I don't seem to have as much time as I used to have to play in-depth games.
3) The R-word.

This is not an invitation for a pre-order/steam/Rebirth flame war. I just thought it was worth pointing out :)

There isn't a thread here for that because X4 isn't off topic for these forums? There's a whole other forum dedicated to it, where all sorts of news can be seen.

Well, if it's like the third one in the series, it's a weird space racing sort of game. You fly your spaceship into a sector and then you have to dock with the space-station before all the other ships crash into each other. 5/7

That's cool. The space racing genre is really underrepresented.

Aww, have you been wandering off? Again? Didn't we tell you to stay on the familiar and safe, comfy chair?

Here, have some disinfectant. :) Had to use it myself too; those rumours slipped in through some crack in the fabric of my personal reality. I blame the forum upgrade.

R-word :?

I'm quite sure there wasn't one when I did log in and what was not then cannot possibly be work of <unsuitable deity>.
