According to reddit Tomb Raider (2013) and Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris might be free later today or tomorrow on steam. Tomb Raider (2013) is a bit like Far Cry 3 in that there's gory parts.

You know all those free games on the Epic store, I have claimed them but I have only ever played one of them Subnautica, not that the others are all bad games they are giving away but because it's on the Epic store.

I already have Tomb Raider, an excellent game, played through it a couple of times most certainly worth buying for free.

Isn't football manager 2020 free for another 2 days? It was a week long freebie (obviously to catch those at home and hope they buy to pass time. To be fair, it's one game where you can sink hundreds of hours into it if you enjoy it - so a bargain to buy anyway).

I bought The Settlers 2 from Ubisoft for £1. Settlers 3 is £1 as well. Maybe even 4. All updated to run with Windows 10. Bit of nostalgia for a quid and killed about 5 hours

Thanks for the heads up on Tomb Raider, it's free if you add it to your account before the 24th...

Planet explorers is free on steam.

I don't know how long it has been free but there seems to have been a screw up with MP, so they made the game free. I've had it for years, played it right through back in mid 2018. It's got a lot of issues, the guys behind it Pathea, admitted that they bit of more than they could chew but I quite enjoyed the game and it's now free so you can't go wrong there.

Possibly controversial to post this here but Playstation store has first 3 Uncharted games (or at least the single player components of them) for PS4 free until 5th of May.

Full disclosure: I have a PS4, ok? It was a gift. I hardly ever use it.

Never realised that Doomdark's Revenge & Lords of Midnight are free on GOG, and likely always have been. - Can't remember which platform I used to play Doomdark's Revenge on, but it was my favourite game at the time. Might've been an Atari ST, or an Amstrad 6128 or even a BBC Model B?

I played it on the ZX Spectrum as nature intended although Wikipedia says it was also available on Commodore 64 and Amstrad.

My elder brother considered it his duty to recruit every single NPC (save Shareth of course) in the game.

I preferred to set up a string of forts garrisoned with moonguard riders.
