Isn't this all about 'just ignore the porn star behind the curtain' though?

It's pure delusion to imagine that drug dealers created the opiod abuse problems in the US.

But them so many americans are willing to beleive that global warming is a lie and the earth is flat, so I guess this is no different.

The solution is to start shooting at bottles of aspirin you see....

If you've ever read L. F. B. as an adult and realized how sarcastic he was, yes. I think Donald J. Trump would fit perfectly in Oz. Squeeze him between the Wizard and H. M. Wogglebug T. E. Nothing but a Humbug if you ask me.

on the other hand, there are much more who just dont care if god did create the earth about 6K years ago or if global warming does exist, just because these questions/facts dont affect their immediate life ... whats more important is: where/how can I make a few dollars more today/tomorrow ??

They are saying that Trump knows of the risks on having a meeting with Kim, I don't think he does as if he did he would be running (lol Trump running) a mile from the idea. If the meeting does happen, I do think Kim will run circles around him as he has been taught on these sort of things all of his life and Trump has never done anything like it in his life, he has no idea what he is doing and that's dangerous. He will probably walk out of the meeting having sold Nuclear weapons to Kim, on the promise that he would not use them.

What constitutes many though? Is it in the 1%? I doubt it, in fact I doubt there are any flat-earthers at all, I think they are just trolls with nothing much to get attention otherwise. Sure there might be the one or the other "follower" that also has nothing else to cling on, much in the vein of people (using the term loosely here) like Alex Jones, which are fully aware that they are trolling and exploiting people, those are not really "believers" they just provide the sound-bites people crave for.

As with many a troll these days, they do tend to be loud, they make up for the lack of numbers with effort, one has to give them that.

In my non-professional opinion, that's not what the "and/or" inclusion means. I would think that's exactly why that wording was chosen. One other thing you do realise that EC was the initials for the fake company, you sound like you think that EC is a person.

That doesn't matter, at least in the US. Even though it's an LLC, its treated as an entity/person in legal matters. Though, the LLC has some specific limitations as to what protections it provides, so it may be possible to reach past that. For "corporations," the protections/advantages are much broader and fairly inseparable from being an entity or "person" in their own right in legal matters.

Anyway enough of that, we will see what happens but I still don't think she has a leg to stand on as she took the cash.

That's another important point - If nothing else, she acted in all ways as if the document was valid and she was complying with it voluntarily. She got paid... She took the money... She signed stuffs stating what she would do in exchange for that money. It's kind of difficult to "cry foul" after calmly walking out of an office with a purse full of cash in exchange for one's written or verbal agreement to not say "disparaging things" about someone. The first question the judge would likely ask would be "What did you think you were receiving this money for?"

...It's like the saying, when the cats away the mice will play. So if this meeting is ever to happen, where do you think they would hold the meeting.

I don't think he'd do a face-to-face, but if he was going to, it'd be at the DMZ, where other such "official" meetings take place: Example article

Hey now here's an idea for a game mod! Trump's World! A flat quad polygon spinning in space! A real two dimensional worldview! Since he's on record as adverse to globes. He's sneered at "Globalization", called people "Globalists" and denies "Global Warming". I might just give him a planet of his dreams with four cleanly defined boarders that he doesn't have to build walls around. Best of all there will still be nasty "Aliens" out there to rant against and denigrate so his 1 or 2% of true followers can set in their caves and shake their fists. I have a feeling that this flat world would fit in prefectly somewhere off of Bad Debt and Ministry of Finance. Is this thread starting to get back on topic? Are the Teladi taking over? Stay tuned.

Special Report just came on. Rex Tillerson got canned as Secretary of State (Gee could it have been him going ballistic at the boss over ffering to talk to Kim?

) CIA chief now going to take over State Department! As if there wasn't enough talk about spies in our embassies not Trump's codifying it I suupose.

I mean its probably coincidental, but Donald sure doesn't do himself any favours with such timing does he?

It is as he was actually told he was fired last Friday, which freed him to say what he wanted to say. I wonder if he will now say whether he called Trump a moron or not, I'm sure he will get asked about that.

That's Trump is someone you don't want to get mad. Back to my comment about everybody working there saying: "The wrath of the Prince is death." They seem to be taking it seriously since it seems some are saying he LIKES how Putin deads with his enemies. So who knows? Rex has two big brass ones, he might just spill. Or then again fade into the darkness. My personal opioniod was that when Rex called Trump a "moron" he was denigating morons.

I think we're going to see things like this continue to happen for the entirety of Trump's presidency. I don't think anyone in his cabinet is going to be able to last much longer than a year, but weighted against how much interaction they may have with Trump and how much attention is focused on their position. The more exposed they are, the more likely it might be that they will get "fired."

After all, it's likely that anything that comes up in their domain that attracts attention is going to get a dumb Tweet from Trump. If they don't jump on board with Trump's Tweet, preferring to restrain themselves and, maybe, even attempt to retain the dignity implied in their position, it's going to call their "loyalty" into question.

The ire of the Prince, indeed...

What happens if Donald Trump fires someone who dares to speak truth to power but there are no applicants for the job? It's not as if the Whitehouse has a reputation for being a nice place to work these days.

Does he
