Dual Joystick Support

Post by OPGamer12288 » Fri, 17. Apr 20, 16:03

If I buy the Dual Thrustmaster 16000m FCS joysticks is it compatible with flight? I know the joystick/throttle combo is, just wondering about the dual joysticks.

It would appear to be usable with X Rebirth and that shares the same underlying game engine as X4.

I haven't played any of the other games so I wasn't aware of that. I just didn't want to make that purchase and then it not be compatible to use both sticks. There aren't any left handed throttles out there that I've seen anywhere or I would of just go with that.

I use dual joysticks and pedals no problem

the pedals give you the full experience (6 degrees of freedom). I use the rudder control (forward/back) as full-range throttle and the toe brakes as yaw

Nice! I am just getting started into space sim/flight things. I have to find something to keep me sane during this quarantine. The pedals the same brand as the joysticks?

it's got the mode switches, sensor and long range. It's more for elite, I use it for space trucking. 0%, 50%, 75%, 100%, cargo scoop, landing gear, supercruise, frame shift drive

All good stuff, but I'm going to move this to Off Topic now for further hardware discussion.

Are you still able to get the warthogs? I didn't see those in my search for a left handed joystick.
