Hello. We need a bit more information to be able to help you properly. Unfortunately that Windows error report is a generic problem report and doesn't help us very much. The most useful information is your full DxDiag text (please upload to a reputable fileshare site and provide a link here) and whether your games (X3TC and/or X3AP) are modded or edited.

The first thing with any Steam game is to verify your Steam gamefile cache - in this case do it separately for both X3TC and X3AP (as X3AP uses the X3TC base files).

Good luck.

Hi. Well, my 2 games are in vanilla mode,. I checked Steam gamefile cache and it's ok. I'm sending the DXDiag file.

 Thank you for your help

Thanks. I can see a few problems in your DxDiag:

1. You are using an onboard graphics chipset with hardly any dedicated VRAM rather than a dedicated graphics card with at least 250MB VRAM as required in the minimum game specification.

2. Your Realtek sound driver is out of date (2014). Get Realtek HD Audio Codec R2.82 (2017+) from here.

3. You have many system errors being reported with wsffcmgr.exe which is part of the Warsaw 1.3.1 suite and seems to take control of your internet access and firewall settings; that system issue and even the need for Warsaw may be worth investigating further.
