There's a script command to open the standard trade menu for a station, totally negating the need to have the custom menu one used for the transporter, which despite Mark's awesome efforts, there's only so much you can do with menus, and they're a bit clunky.

For that reason I could probably create an entire new standalone script from scratch in 10 minutes, as opposed to up to 2 hours editing a script that I didn't personally write, and it would look much better...
But the cost of that would be loss of TC compatibility.

Ah, now I'm with you.

Well, with those numbers I think you're better off doing the 20minute one and waiting to see if any complaints roll in. :P

To be honest - if I'd known about the "TC Plots in AP" mod I wouldn't have played X3 TC in the first place. I'd bought the 'bargain package' offer so I had both games from the start and AP has a number of nice improvements anyway.

Well you need both; AP uses assets from TC to play. It's an expansion.

Right well, I'll get to work on an AP-only version right now. It should be done in 15 minutes. Promise. XD

EDIT: OHNO!

It's adding a trade bar, not opening the whole menu, so it would still require a lot of work.

Oh well, I'll see if I have something that works by the end of today. Gives me a break from my other project.

I have to admit that the one I found is pretty clunky, but I do feel sorry for putting out a request when it was (mostly) already around somewhere.

Don't have access to X3 at the moment, I'll see what I can do tonight.
Also, as for the... witchhunt in that thread, it looks terrible, but someone had just pm'd me to say that there were people ripping this plugin apart, renaming variables, and claiming a certain section as there own... Sad times.

Downloaded and installed .
Looks good so far,but not ready to use it yet.

Busy building up on my Yaki Universal Ship Cloning (capture,RE and rebuild) business and collecting resources from salvaged ship debris.

...

looked at it a bit closer.
Using Cycrow's cheat package,I thing I could make each station very useful to me by changing the resource/product lists.

Testing it in Dilpickles TC/AP mod "in my sig)

It gives me some good surplus trade centres to use if nothing else.
But if anything else works or not,I will let you know as and when I find out.

AL settings are ok

Clone station works.

Just get a message from Unknown that says "null".
Otherwise,functional.

I got a message to say the shuttle will arrive in 5 minutes .When it arrived it offered to clone a station,so I chose a Paranid Super-shipyard and placed it in an adjacent sector to my home sector.

Much better than some clone scripts I've used. :D

Sorry for the Necro but i recently play x3 ap with this plugin how can i close this clone menu i cant close it with esc or del can you help me with that its really anoying xd
