New bugfix version 0.6.1b

Changelog
Fix: Upgrading cargo bay and shields now work again
and related potential slowdown removed.





Protip:
null + -1000 + 1100 is not the integer 100 but instead the string '-10001100'

So, based just on a very quick look, it appears this script was last updated for LU 1.4.0 (though maybe 1.4.1 changes were included in the last script update?) I only see one obvious trader change since 1.4.0 in the LU Change Log (LU Wiki), and it was a change in refueling strategy in 1.4.1. So it appears this script may be fine for now, but a closer look wouldn't hurt just to be sure.

The Change Log for LU 1.51 has a couple of non-Mk3 Trader changes (LU Wiki). I guess that means that this script will be unaffected?

I see nothing in the change log that should affect my traders. If they break down please report it and I'll update and fix it.

(It works well in 1.5.0)

This addon looks awesome. I'll give it a run. :) I'm new to this stuff, so I apologize for what might be a stupid question, but would I need to do an export/import after adding this to a game already running LU 1.5.1? I'm assuming the answer is no, that I'd only need to do that when updating to a new version of LU and reapplying this patch. I'll give it a shot, but if someone can let me know if I've got it wrong?

No you don't, you're fine. Generally you only need to export/import after a major LU change.

There is no need to Export/Import, just make sure to restart your traders after installing.

Already done and things seem to be going well. Definitely helps because the tediousness of managing the old traders everytime they got interrupted was so annoying. I haven't really looked into it much to see how they're really doing, but the simple fact I don't have to check into them is enough of a win for me. :P Thank you. :D

Just make sure you install it after all of Litcubes patches. If a new patch comes out re install it after applying the patch.

I'm getting a lot of "UNKNOWN COMMAND" errors when I try to set up any traders. I know everything is properly set up, so either there is some problem with compatibility or I have suddenly lost the ability to successfully copy paste files. I'm not sure which is more likely, but by the look of things I'll have to give up on this experiment of actually trying to deal with the completely ridiculous, unrealistic, frustrating, forced, baffling RPG element regarding trader ranks and go back to using OKTraders, which unlike vanilla style trading scripts actually works.

Although, again, I could be wrong.

EDIT: Hmm, after utilizing the mystical computer debugging technique handed down to us by the ancients known as "turning it off and on again" the problem has been fixed and now it's working. I'm still not sure whether I want to continue dealing with the stupid rank system, but I'll give it another go. A small OKTrader freighter could easily make $600,000Cr an hour, if it can do at least that well I may stick with it.
