I have two quick questions about satellite monitoring.

1 - What is
  • Send the reaper
  • Send the reaper at home after collecting option (which defaults to Yes).
When I choose Send the Reaper and click on a sector the error message Quickshuttle reaper: No Shuttle set . What does it means ?

2 - When i click on a sector, the map sector is opened but it is impossible to display the properties of the abandoned ship. If i click on the ship it brings me back to the previous menu with list of sectors. So If I want to know the name of the abandoned ship I have to leave the satellite menu and go to the default map sectors where I can display the properties of the abandoned ship ( Info ). Is there any way to see Info abandonned Ships starting satellite monitoring ?

ps :My English is not very good and if a French Guy could mp an explanation in French would be perfect :roll:

I have a little question ..
Using Trade Product Search module you can buy or sell merchandise either by price or by availability.
But if I want to sell a ware a little cheaper at a station that is 3 jumps away, how can I find it ?
The way I currently use is the encyclopedia that lists the places where I can buy and sell the goods but it's tedious.
Is there a module that allows to list all the discovered sectors ( with advanced satellites) that are interested by this ware ??
In the links that you give Joubarbe (tutorial in french) the streamer uses a Universal Locator module

Does this script exist in mayhem? ( I haven't made much progress in the game yet ) ?
Is there an equivalent on Mayhem - no need to have it in french !! :) ?
If not, do you know which script is ?

Actually it's a vanilla tool, and I'm pretty sure most players are not aware of it. You need Best Buy / Sell Price Locator. Default hotkeys: 5 and 6.

I wanted to make a stupid joke, but instead I did this:

Same for missiles. When you click on an item, you have a window similar to the encyclopedia:

What is cool however is that ships, lasers and missiles compendium menus are now connected. You can click a ship inside the laser menu, and boom, you go to the ship menu, and from the ship menu, you can click on a missile, and boom, missile menu! Endless fun.

(Note: all stats are still the ones from LU, they will change.)
(EDIT: foock, I put a comma instead of a point for the ROF column. — it's supposed to be a float, which by the way, is more precise than the information given by the vanilla game)

IIRC, the chargeable flag has already been removed from all lasers.

Version 2.7.0 : CHANGE: Removed all magic powers from weapons (charge, reduce speed, drain weapons).
And I don't intend to put them back.

Ship and laser overhaul is done. I had two main problems: the need for more homogeneity and a general insatisfaction about Mayhem 2 balance, especially about fighters and M2s. I don't want to get too deep into the whys I've made some decisions, because it's going to be in beta test for a reason: it can change. What I've done, however, is to standardize everything around one unique value: ship size. The bigger the better, no matter what your girlfriend says. Shields, cargo, speed and hull all depend on the ship size. The price, however, depends not only on the size, but also on the laser energy, which is pretty much always bound to the number of guns. One of the other main change I made was to have proprietary weapons and to stick with it. If you buy an Argon M3, you won't get the Boron-exclusive weapon (the Ion Disruptor). I think because of how easy it is to study a blueprint and diversify your fleet, this limitation can be interesting. There's also some inconsistencies I removed such as M7 being able to equip M2 weapons, or missiles not being restricted enough. Speaking of limitations, M6 cannot equip light guns, fighters cannot equip medium guns, and only the M2s have access to the super-heavy guns (a "subclass" of the heavy class, with hull damage multiplied by 2).

So now, there is only one feature left: Fleet settings.
