@Merzo: you can find the texts of the Mayhem section of the encyclopedia in X3\addon\t\9974-L044.xml.

Allright thanks, and ill have a look at the encyclopedia regarding wars. And i do agree about the local conflicts and such, makes it more interresting.

Start with the normal game. There is a tutorial. "From Scratch" is not for new players. If you don't understand English, you'll have hard time with this mod. There are quite some texts to read.

By the way on your aiming if texts are stored in the same .xml. files, they can be Russified and inserted into a game

The best way to learn english is to play english games even if you dont understand it all, thats how i learned most of my english

yes read the most part of the encyclopedia, understood, sanctuaries have to be from start of a game, I in 1 start do not have them, the game LU 1.7.2 on it put this of fashion, but also starts that is сефчас, in LU such was not.

You make new sanctuaries in empty sectors by pressing a key that you bind from controls.

I dont understand. Remember i think the only language beeing supported by Joubarbe is the english version. Im pretty sure he didnt translate into russian. And the game is now 2.8.1d

Also about the missile change, i already chose not to use missiles cause i might aswell shoot money at the enemies, and then you halved the damage of missiles. Well i guess it goes in my favor since i dont use them.
The alliance start is going well however i feel like the race that is the allied race should start with all factions hostile towards it same as they are towards the player or something like that,
it just gets silly when the race allies with everyone by itself and allows everyone into their sectors, making trade impossible.
I know its silly whining and you wont change it however i had to say it
