I've been running it since 1.7 came out and there seems to be no issues so far. About 3 game days in the OCV just took Tiger Eta.

Litcube recommends not using it, due to the potential for gamebreaking issues. If you want faster OCV expansion you can use the faster OCV expansion mod from the LU wiki instead.
