Linux Mods?

I'm running x3AP via steam native on Linux, on Debian. The game itself works flawlessly, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to install mods since they primarily seem to reply on the plugin manager.

There's only really two mods that I would like to add that I can think of..the bailing overhaul (so NPC's bail), and Anarkis's pirate guild. Unfortunately I believe both require the plugin installer due to a library dependency.

I've done quite a bit of scouring through the forums and the only reference I can really find is Cycrow's spk command line utility, but it seems like there isn't a good make file for this/couldn't get it to compile. Anyone have any ideas?

You may be able to utilize the Linux utils listed on Cycrow's page to extract the content and then manually add them to the game that way.
