Editing Original Info Screen

I am looking to alter what is shown on the info screen (when you press u on an object). I am struggling to find where this is in the original files though.
I had assumed it would be amongst the scripts but I have had no luck in finding it so far. If someone could just point me in the right direction, no lengthy
tutorials needed. I know it is possible as LU has some things added to it. I could not find any information on this anywhere. Thanks in advance.

Edit: Nevermind I figured out where that stuff is kept. I guess any tweaks will be difficult to do.
