3ds Max - Pivot's

After i set up the pivots, how to update them?
Transform - Scale causes pivot's to change back to their original positions, is there any other way?

Hierarchy->Affect pivot only, then just use select and move to move the pivot around like an normal object.

Anyways i've made what i wanted, again ty.
