Can someone tell me the file name and location of the trade command software mk3 and the bonus pack scripts please?

The location for all scripts (once they are installed) is the "scripts" folder of your game directory. This FAQ article explains, where the X3TC and X3AP game folder is stored by default.

The names of the Mk3 trader scripts start with "plugin.autotrade." As for a list of BP scripts, the easiest would be to simply install the Bonus Package into an empty folder.
