Why can't I browse the local stock exchange in Argon Prime?

I am Federation Guardian (67%)

I can browse the one in Kingdom End even though I'm only Queen's Guard which is a lower rank.

The Nyana's hideout stock exchange is visible to me though - These are the only two (Nyana's and Kingdom End) even though I have visited (almost) every sector in the game and have a nav sat in (almost) every sector I've visited - a few sats in pirate sectors and conflict sectors have been destroyed.

Can someone give me a concise rundown on the requirements for availability of stock exchanges?

Got to a Teladi SE and they let you play for 10,000 credits other races require rank or you building one of their stations in a core or border sector.

Different races have different requirements for using their stock exchanges, which can be found at: http://www.x3wiki.com/index.php/Stock_Exchange For the Argon, you'll need to own at least one space station somewhere in their territory.

Yup for Argon you need to deploy a factory somewhere in Argon space. Split want you to prove your mettle with a high combat rank. Teladi just want a small fee, they don't care otherwise. Boron want you to have a high trading rank. Paranid want you to be their friend (high standings).
