Can't post a new topic in scripting and modding - Resolved by browser cache clearance

Hello,

I'm fairly new here, and I have tried reading the rules for the forum to make sure I wasn't being overly stupid, but is there a reason I can't post in X3 TC + AP scripting and modding?

The permissions on the page show I "can" start a new topic in that subforum, but when I click new topic, the page just refreshes. But I am able to start a new topic here.

Delete your browser cache. Afterwards posting in the Scripts and Modding forum should work again.
