My ship speed is stuck at a certain number, it makes the game unplayabe PLEASE HELP
My ship speed is always stuck around a quarter of its max speed, when I increase it it goes back down, if I decrease it it goes back up. Please help me I really wanna play this game again. This happens both on X3AP and X3TC

Look for a stuck button or poor calibration/deadzones on one or more controllers, joysticks or other control devices. Unplug any USB devices that you do not use while gaming.
Also make sure that your ship does not have followers or escorts that will limit your ship to the speed of the follower (which may be damaged and especially slow).
