[MOD] DeVries Freelancer Start Mk2

Got a new gamestart for people to try and test.

Basically, this is a modification of the old DeVries Freelancer start (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f ... =283749478) but you start with the same equipment as the campaign: basically nothing more than an overly excitable copilot. I believe there should be no problems, but I haven't really tested it well yet. I'm hoping to get some input and to verify I didn't do anything dumb.

V2 - Added a new DeVries miner start where you start with 10M credits and a Fedhelm.
