Who knows what for (what does and how it works), the aicompat.xml file in the libraries folder?

its probably for a senseful Debug Ouput if something was changed with the Blocking Actions in the Game Scripts. It documents Game Version, Script Name and Version and all Blocking Actions in a Script, their current line number and which Version they were introduced. i didnt have any need to mod this file yet and i think its not really relevant to Modders (you can update/Patch Scripts without using it), but when you mess up something when Modding Vanilla Scripts it helps the Game to give you a debug output which makes sense.

Ich mache keine S&M-Auftragsarbeiten, aber wenn es fragen gibt wie man etwas umsetzen kann helfe ich gerne weiter ;)

I wont do Script&Mod Request work, but if there are questions how to do something i will GLaDly help ;)
