You can be cool, or you can be nasty, but as soon as you are one, you are not the other.

Firewatch! I haven't played it yet, but it's on my "games to play once I've got a new PC"-list.

Die komplette X-Roman-Reihe jetzt als Kindle E-Books! (Farnhams Legende, Nopileos, X3: Yoshiko, X3: Hüter der Tore, X3: Wächter der Erde)
Neuauflage der fünf X-Romane als Taschenbuch
The official X-novels Farnham's Legend, Nopileos, X3: Yoshiko as Kindle e-books!

Mudrunner > Spintires, as Mudrunner is the new, updated supported one.
As for Firewatch, short 2-3 hours, more of an experience than a game
being a very linear walking simulator, no replay value,
it's a game that I checked out on youtube/twitch
but deliberately didn't watch the end so as not to spoil the story,
was going to pick it up when it was cheap but...
it got taken off my list of maybe purchases last year
when Sean Vanaman, Co-founder of Campo Santo and dev of Firewatch,
decided to illegally abuse the DMCA system to take down PewDiePie's videos,
that'd been up for over a year,
in a massive political virtue signal after that PUBG 'N word' incident.
And while I'm not a fan of nor defend PewDiePie's actions,
I'm not going to financially support that kind of behaviour.

Good for you!OmegaKnight wrote:...I'm not going to financially support that kind of behaviour.
I remember the incident, but didn't know the dev had done that. For myself, I saw some Firewatch let's plays and the like, but it just didn't look interesting. Definitely a mystery-solving walking sim with a few survivalish sorts of elements, I guess. I could see the "gameplay" in it.
(Am not a fan of Pew, but I think he's at the extreme end of "high profile" in terms of internetz, "always on", celebrity for anything predictable to happen around him. It's subject to the winds of the internetz. He'd better ride his dragon for as long as he can, 'cause it'll all end in tears one day - Teh internetz is a harsh and unforgiving world.)
