[3.0] ANT and ARG are doing almost nothing and loosing the wars

I wish all faction would start to use carriers more (and in more numbers, not jsut one carrier per faction) - in my game the only active Carrier is a Teladi Condor, actively fighting in Xenon north-est sectors.
Argon Carrier do nothing and PAR carrier missing in action (I searched all space for it and check PAR shipayrds if it's under construction - nothing!).
Xenon need carriers too as their fighter escort sux for Ks and Is!
