AEGIS question
Do you need to hire the gunnery crews seperatly still? if so where are they and what are they called?
FOR X2 USERS:
They travel on TP class ships (like the Argon Express for example) and, in the sector map ship lists are listed below the TS class ships, like:

Woot! 2 mil. transport in one sector hehe..
You can wait till they dock wherever they are headed and hire the Military Personnel or just capture the ship and everything (status penalty with the race tho).
My best capture so far was 63 crew members. Have all i need, i doubt i will hunt them anymore.
