Early details for next X³: Reunion patch - 1.3
A few hours later than promised, I can reveal some of the feature list of the 1.3 patch. The update is due for delivery prior to Christmas, so everyone can have a decent holiday break this year!
The features are of course not final so some may be missing upon release but the intention is to get as much in as possible.
Feature List, and Fixes
- Mobile mining
- Sector enhancements
- HUD render performance increased
- Bullet render performance increased
- additional user-defined graphics options
- Optimized shader overall performance
- Higher quality /and speed of medium shaders
- Plot elements restored to working (should also be for existing saves too)
- CPU load reudced, increasing whole game performance
- NPC fight AI improved
- GOD engine rebalanced, also affecting economy
- M1 & M2 shield generators increased
- M2 laser generators increased
- Swarm missiles rebalanced and NPC AI tweaked to allow handling of them
- Complete tips menu with all game tips introduced
- Pirate stations spawn pirate ships
- Increased NPC fights and conflicts
- Plot ending Argon rank bug fixed
- Argon v Boron battle issues resolved
- Captured ship speed bug fixed
- Ships straiking a gate following jump fixed
The above is certainly not an exhaustive list but just designed to give you an idea of the content. A new version of the update has very recently been released to testers.

i dnt see nps respawn bug fixed...i dnt see the bartering system big fixed[they dnt barter with u wen ur rank is high.they recognise ur high rank for a low one] and the complex bug fixed.....if this patch doesnt fix all the major bugs i can garentee egosoft alot of people gna return there copy

This is where I should show-off my computer's specs right ? nah!
Very nice list so far. Curious about the little tweaks as well as just as much as the main tweaks so if details in full can be released prior to patch release that would be mint.
Things im hoping are.
Replacing of shared models.
Tweaks to hardpoints such as out of place engine trails and missing ships ive heard thats happening.
BBS missions and overall overhaul.
Improved lag of using the mouse if possible.
Im sure the above should reach the patch in time. But the list you have posted abyss is a good start and top marks to the team for those so far.
Oh and i just knew they delayed the patch to release at xmas i mean they want to get praise for a xmas pressie hehe.
Big cheers to abyss and ES for at least posting some patch fixes and enhancments, not alot of game companys do this and usually say sod off to the public till patch is out.

Xmas Pressie
Yes all unclaimed ships on Dec 25th will be gift wrapped with a large bow - replacing their normal skin (Also Feb 14th they're all covered with little heartsOh and i just knew they delayed the patch to release at xmas i mean they want to get praise for a xmas pressie hehe.

But anyway I haven't read anything about the plot bug in which Maria stands in the Tempestine in Farnham's Legend. I hope it'll be fixed because the plot is broken for some people that simply can't trade with Paranids because of that, limitating the game experience.
