Cap ship docked at terracorp station in Home of light?

Just woundering why its docked and what class is it as i try to target it but its not targetable as my computer just keeps targeting the station.

I think its the Terracorp station in home of light. Its definatly that sector tho if not the station.

Is it a plot ship or what?

Capital ship can dock at TerraCorp HQ.

Yes but why is it docked its not mine so woundering why its just sat there doing nowt and not targetable. Do cap ships normally dock with stations usually?

When docked the Station shield protects any ship thats there
hence your unable to target it :)

You should be able to see what ship it is by selecting the terracorp station in the map and selecting landed ships.
Cargo bay open, sheilds are down
Your cargo bay now contains... Slaves.

Bit daft you cant select the ship cos its docked.

But the main point im trying to make is that why the heck is it docked for. I've never known cap ships to dock before in x games is this a new x3 feature. Does it trade or what or just dock for no reason. How long do they dock for?

It was a big ship had a massive hole/bay thing underneath it, maybe carrier or Transporter type cap ship, TL or somit.

Ive noticed docked TL's at the shipyard (no more than 1 at any one time) in Seizewell before. I thought it was excellent, something of a rarity to come across something i didnt expect to see in X3.

It's a mammoth. My guess would be plot related, I think it had a unique name.
