Blizzard and Cyclone missiles?

So, this is the first time in a long while that i post because of something else than bugs "Holds for applause"
But i have another problem. I cannot seem to find any ships that can fire Blizzard and Cyclone missiles.

Does anyone have a list or something with which ships can fire which missiles?
Only an idiot creates order, a genius controls chaos.
