windstalker missile

i found these 10 windstalker missiles at the same location as the 50,000 creds in unknown sector. iv not heard of these before and as yet not used one , anyone know of this type or used one. :)

I wish I knew. They don't seem to actually hit anything. so perhaps they're dumbfire.

The missiles in X3 are way too confusing. The improved US manual helps a bit...

Looking more closely at the manual, it is dumbfire and synaptic, so you must aim carefully and then press the trigger again to detonate. That explains why the're not too valuable.
