Gunery crews GC-303

I got a message recently that the gunnery crew on my Argon Centaur had undergone training and were now implementing military standard GC-303. What is this? I've read the manual on Gunnery crews and there is no mention of it. Does anyone know what it is?

Did you update the bonus pack recently? I think that means the Gunnery script was updated to v3.03.
