Problems with mosquito fab

I build myself a mosquito missile factory in Argon Prime, but it won't sell. Does anyone else have one in Argon Prime or in one of the neighbouring systems? I would like to known at which price you are selling. I put it down to 175cr, but AI won't come and buy them. Do I have to sell them myself at EQ's or does the AI only come and buy them if I get below the mean price of 168cr.

The AI only buys if your price is 1 below average.
