There are multiple ones in devlopment, I beleive. Quite a few people have made very powerful ships aswell, which aren't classedas M0 but probably could be.

Killerog has made an M0 along with a new race, which includes an M3-M5 at the moment

, but he can't finish until someone textures them for him and ands them in the game

i am going to try to make stargate ship starting with the X303 a glider and then moving on to the more bigger ships and ending with atlantis as an M0
but that's a long way out
first i have examens and i still need to finish my own ship

Moxy's got M0s planned for his M7 mod, if you go look towards the end of his thread you can find a link to the Argon Leviathan, which I think he decided to change how it looks but its still progress.

Also Andras has the Genesis in his Exodus Fleet mod whenever thats gone be released.
