Mobile drilling system & Ore collector

I have 2 questions:

-Does anybody know a sector where I could find a MDS factory?
-Does the ore collector need to be activated somehow?

I dont know where you can find a MDS factory but you dont need to activate the ore collector, just open you cargo bay. Remember you need a ship big enough.

in my game there is a mds factory in seizewell, near the north gate. and i just noticed today that the eq dock in argon prime sells them too, so maybe check if there some in stock. :)
