Where is Omicron Lyrae because i am on the mission where i have to jump there but i dont know where it is. People have asked this question before but no-one gave and answer. Please help me!!!!

Asking you to jump there is kind of misleading. You can't jump anywhere that you havn't been to or next to.

So you need to go east as far as possible and ask in each sector. as suggested by Brianetta
